A no nonsense ‘employment relations’ expert that specialises in ‘managed exits’ managing HR risks and business change, Josh has had an extensive HR career in both the private and public sectors and a period spent as a business partner with one of the largest consultancies in the world.
Jagdish Sunsoa started her finance and business career at sixteen whilst working part-time within her family business up until she completed her university studies. Jagdish gained her professional finance experience within numerous private sector companies and even spent a stint as a recruitment consultant for the interim market. Now a proud mum of three girls, Jagdish has mastered the art to balance family life and her finance director responsibilities.
